I was inspired to create the phoenix during the COVID 19 outbreak in 2020.The phoenix is a sign of rebirth, of rising from ashes to a new life, and this symbol is especially significant during this time of hardship, death and rebirth of the world as we fight to defeat an unseen danger.The phoenix signifies hope, strength and the ability to survive even physical and spiritual death.We know the world will rise from the ashes of disease, war, and strife to a new and more beautiful life for all.

100% wool felt over wire armature, hand made glass eyes, polymer sculpted beak, claws and feet.

Dimensions are 20 x 15 x 15 inches approximately, depending on head, tail and wing position.

Can easily be posed on a flat surface, or held in hand and carried to cosplay conventions, etc.
